Our Learning & Teaching Development is coordinated and delivered by the Learning & Teaching Facilitator who works with academic and academic support staff across the University to support enhancement of teaching and learning.
A dedicated platform and current awareness resource for the learning and teaching community at UCA. Familiarise yourself with:
The UCA framework for reflective practice in learning, teaching and assessment. Find here supporting materials and templates to enable you to engage in meaningful reflection. Use these experiences to build bridges between theory and practice, strengthen connections across courses/disciplines and engage in inquiry, questioning and discovery by linking reflection and action.
UCA's HEA accredited CPD scheme provides learning and teaching professional development opportunities in the form of workshops, webinars and various credit and non-credit bearing qualification routes.
The Creative Education Strategy is intended to set out the nine core principles which shape learning and teaching at UCA. The purpose of the strategy is to enable the alignment of School and departmental strategies, course documentation, and all learning and teaching activity with these core principles.
Current UCA teaching and learning projects, including current PGCert/MA Creative Arts Education research.
